Don’t come this place check in 1:15pm and check out 6:30pm first come first service very busy place everyday they always take 4 to 6 hrs loading and unloading but they do have overnight parking outside the security gate

So I always Google my pickups and deliveries beforehand, so I knew that it might be a long wait. Ended up being just over an hour to get loaded. I think it is a first come first serve, you do need six straps, but it was an easy process. They don't use the CB anymore, so I updated the photo. Simple process, slide your tandems open the doors six straps inside, call the phone number. Make sure you pull to the side before coming in. The receptionist was super nice.

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED!!! Why do they do appointments then?!? I had to wait almost 4 hours to get a dock after checking in, you park on the SIDE OF THE ROAD and walk up to guard shack, DO NOT PULL UP THE GATE!! You need YOUR PU#, TL#, Truck#, and ofc your carrier name. You well then be told to call the shipper office on the RED phone next to guard shack, dial the 4 digit number, IF THEY PICK UP THE PHONE! SIX STRAPS required per load( they charge $10 a strap if you don’t have enough straps) most loads are 45k to 46k POUNDS!! When called, Slide tandems to rear BEFORE ENTRY(they get very pissed bout that) and their Scale is off by over 2K POUNDS, got loaded with right at a QUARTER tank… drove to loves bout 40ish miles away and was right in the red as I scaled… AVOID this place if you care about your CDL!!! Huge waste of time! you losing money waiting to get loaded!

Pull over to the side of the road if you have the chance. Good luck with that. Lots of trucks waiting. It's a slow process. You have to check in with the security guard. I don't know why. And then call a phone number that's on the red phone you have to use. That's the real check-in. Then you just waste your time waiting in your truck.

First of all you're supposed to park your truck on the side of the road and then walk to the guard shack but if you read the sign it doesn't say anything about that so obviously you're going to think maybe I have to drive up there and park to the side while I check in like some other places have secondly the sign needs to be at the beginning of the road so drivers can't block it otherwise you just don't know the sign is right there just about at the guard shack before you turn the corner I would think they would have it a few feet right after you make the turn and the sign should say park your truck and walk to the guard shack to check in that's what the sign says at almost every staging area At Walmart you don't enter the gate until instructed to do so but you drive up to it and check in at the guard shack. Other than that I've been waiting 2 hours to get a dock to be unloaded.
